Normally temperature and baking time is mentioned on the packet of the premix as it differs from brand to brand. For a fruit cake the temperature is between 180 to 200 C and time is between 30 to 45 minutes depending on the content of the premix.
Perfect Paneer
In restaurants, I see paneer in neat cubes but can never manage to get it in cubes when I make paneer at home. First of all use full cream milk. Make sure to add water with lemon juice while curdling the milk, so the temperature is not too high which makes the chenna rubbery. Make sure that the whey is oozed out completely before setting the paneer. Put heavy object on the chenna and let it rest for 2 to 3 hours. Try making paneer at home two-three times before you make it perfect.
