What does freedom mean to the youth?

Clear expectations

The generation, born right after independence, carried the baggage of the past. But the present generation has its own set of rules and preferences. Parents today are more friends than figures of authority that they used to be. The increasing awareness and exposure has also made Gen-X more focussed. In relationships, they are more practical and open. From the economic point of view, the youth today has a more affluent lifestyle. However, with things easily available, a few tend to take the facilities for granted and may not have the urge to be an achiever.
