Capturing terror on TV

Discovery channel's new series Terror Strikes will be telecast on the channel till September 11 at 9 p.m. The series chronicles 11 terrorist attacks in the last four decades. The series, a well-researched and dramatised programme on terrorist attacks, will start with 7/7 Bombers — A Psychological InvestigationThis July attack, which killed 52 people and injured 700, was Britain's first experience with suicide bombings. The programme includes a close look in to the minds and background of these suicide bombers.

Moscow Siege, Black September, Lockerbie Bombing, Munich: The real Assassins and Bali Bombings are some of the other attacks that will be telecast on the channel.
