Hype and hoopla
"Sillunu Oru Kadhal," releasing this Friday, is one of the most eagerly awaited movies of the year. The film is releasing four days before the marriage of Suriya and Jyothika, its lead pair.
The curiosity and hype around "the biggest ever star wedding in the history of Kollywood" are sure to give the film a bumper opening. In "Sillunu Oru Kadhal," Suriya and Jyothika play husband and wife, whose happy married life is disturbed when the hero's former lover resurfaces. Bhumika plays the other woman. Vadivelu and Santhanam take care of the comedy. The music by A. R. Rahman is topping the charts. The film, directed by Krishna, is said to be a breezy entertainer which is opening big worldwide with approximately 207 prints.
