Rare rudrakshas

Of rudraksha beads and malas at C. P. Art Foundation

The Indo Nepal Rudraksha Organisation has brought to the city an exhibition-cum-sale of rare rudrakshas, which is on till September 10, at C.P. Art Foundation, 1, Eldams Road, Alwarpet. It showcases rudraksha beads with one to 21 mukhis.

Rudrakshas are beads that are known to have positive effects on one's health and prosperity. They are also associated with spiritualism. Normally one comes across beads with 14 mukhis. The highlight at the exhibition is the rare 21-mukhi rudraksha. Called Kuber rudraksha, it costs Rs. 12.5 lakh and signifies wealth.
