The second outlet of the juice and smoothie bar `Squash'd'

Following the success of her first outlet `Squash'd', a juice and smoothie bar, at Adyar, actress Anu Hasan has opened the second outlet at G-11, Wellington Estate, Commander-in-Chief Road, Egmore.

Squash'd brings fresh juices and smoothies in a classy ambience. These are a rage in the West with many preferring to have these drinks, instead of breakfast or lunch. Usually, a smoothies is a thick, smooth drink consisting of fresh fruit, pureed with yoghurt or milk and ice.

The bar will offers a wide range of these for diet watchers. There are skimmed milk smoothies that are 95 per cent fat free. Some of the drinks available are 14 Carrot, a smooth banana blended with tangy, sweet lime juice and carrot juice, Yoga Blend which is a combination of fruits and coconut milk, Beta Boost which is combines yellow and orange fruits, Pineapple Zing, which is full of pineapple, Vitorange, packed with vitamins and Skinnie Minnie, which has the goodness of fruit with less calories.

They are available in the standard 350 ml take away sizes as well as jumbo glasses that can hold 650 ml.
