MAKE A FASHION STATEMENT Women take a close look at an exquisitely designed sari

An exhibition-cum-sale of exquisite designer saris from various states of north India and Pakistan has opened at the Khoobsurat Gallery near All India Radio at Siripuram on Thursday.

Exquisite embroidery and prints on rich textures and weaves of matra silk, tussars, crepes and georgettes are on display. Traditional handcrafted Phulkari saris from Punjab are available at reasonable rates. Kashmiri pure crepe nine-yard embroidered saris are available for prices starting from Rs.4,980. High quality cotton suits are available from Rs.780 onwards, pure crepes from Rs.2,180 onwards. The expo will conclude on Sunday. Information can be had from Preeti Chadha on 98481 89006.
