FOUR FRAMES

Festival releases

Unlike Tamil and Hindi, Diwali is not a big season for new releases in Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. In Kerala, Ramzan is a major festival (October 24) and, this year, the big .ght is between reigning superstars Mammootty and Mohanlal who have "Pothenvava" and Photographer" releasing on the same day. In Telugu, four films _ "Raraju", "Maya Bazaar", "Aadhi Lakshmi" and "Premalekha Raasaa" _ will be released. In Kannada, the Darshan-starrer "Thangigaagi", a remake of Vijay's super hit Tamil film "Tirupachi", and a small budget film Rambha", are hitting the screen for Diwali.
