Laugh riot

Suddenly, there is a rush to make comedy serials in Hindi. Star One is launching a weekly Monday show "Kadvi Khatti Meethi", a laugh riot. It takes off from where "Tu Tu Mein Mein" wound up and is directed by Sachin Pilgaonkar. Comedy has evolved from the "Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi" (1984) days so as to be in sync with present day sensibilities. "Kadvi Khatti Meethi" is said to be family-based and premieres tonight at 8.
