Facets of Germany captured by famous shutterbugs on show in the city

An exhibition of "photographic positions" titled "Resetting - Views of Germany" will be on show from November 3 to 9, at Lalit Kala Akademi, Greams Road.
Presented by the Ostkreuz Photographers' Agency, Berlin, the exhibition is a selection of eight photographic positions from a show that presented a collage of different perspectives of today's Germany — lifestyles, attitudes, anxiety about the future, the changing faces of German cities and the power of the media. "Resetting — Views of Germany", was premiered in September 2005 as part of the "Berlin Photography Festival 2005". OSTKREUZ — the photographers' agency — was founded by seven renowned East German photographers in 1990 and is one of the best-known agencies in Germany. The exhibition shows photographs by Wolfgang Bellwinkel, Sibylle Bergemann, Annette Hauschild, Ute Mahler, Thomas Meyer, Jordis Antonia Schlösser, Anne Schönharting and Linn Schröder.
