Changing tack

Vikraman, hit maker of the 1990s who specialised in tearjerkers, Remember "Vanathapole" and "Suryavamsam"? — is back after a brief hiatus with "Chennai Kadhal". He has now decided to change tack and direct a city-based love story. The film, produced by Kalaipuli S. Thanu, has Bharath and Genelia, hot and happening stars, in the lead. Joshua Sridhar's peppy songs are another highlight. Says Thanu: "This action-packed film is targeted at the youth and has been shot in Thailand, Singapore and Mumbai."
