FOUR FRAMES

Father- son sentiment

Ajit and Trisha are together again in firsttime director A. L. Vijay's "Kireedam", produced by Suresh Balaji in association with Adlabs. For a change, Ajit has moved away from his action hero image to do a film laced with family sentiment. It is the story of a brave young man who is determined to fight against all odds to fulfil his father's (a constable) dream of seeing his son become a subinspector. "Kireedam" is likely to work as it is based on father-son sentiment. Raj Kiran plays Ajit's loving dad. Another major attraction is the music of G. V. Prakash with the songs rendered by Sonu Nigam, Sadhana Sargam, Shankar Mahadevan and Shweta Mohan. "Kireedam" is being shot in Vizag, Rajamundhry and Chennai and is likely to release on May 1, Ajit's birthday!
