Tastes of Vietnam

Golden Dragon, the Chinese restaurant at Taj Krishna, is hosting a Vietnamese food festival.

Chef Tranngoe Pham Chuong from Blue Ginger, Taj West End, Bangalore, brings some exotic flavours of Vietnam to Hyderabad. Some specialities include fresh rice paper rolls, grilled chicken with Saigon marinade, raw mango salad, rice noodles soup with vegetables, spicy chicken and red curry, king prawns in tamarind sauce and coconut caramel custard. The emphasis is on using fresh ingredients. The festival ends today.
