When he sang

Kailash Kher

Kailash Kher, the lead singer of the band "Kailasa", who is well known for his Sufi style of singing, performed in the Capital this past week. The evening was organised to celebrate the annual day of Mahraja Agrasen Institute of Technology at Siri Fort Auditorium.

He sang "Mangal Mangal", "Teri Deewani", "Tauba Tauba", "Rangdini", etc. His performance was laced with his amusing one liners about his hometown Delhi which made the evening more enjoyable for the Delhiites. Kailash said that so far he has performed in 22 countries. He has also performed live with A.R Rehman. His upcoming projects include Delhii Heights, Hostel, Aaja Nachle, etc. He also revealed that he is about to step into music direction with an upcoming film Gehra Pani.
