FLIGHT PLAN BBC World will air a series on the Indian aviation industry

BBC World, the international 24-hour news and information channel, has started a new series on the Indian aviation industry. Titled "Take Off", the series will present insights, interviews and trends as well as the highs and lows of Indian Aviation. The six part series is aired on Tuesdays, 9 p.m.

Produced by Miditech, "Take off" explores the dynamic and changing landscape of the industry and aims to look at pertinent issues such as safety, infrastructure, airline personnel, budget airlines, air traffic control and privatisation, to help the growth of this robust sector.

In depth analyses from aviation experts and leaders will form part of the programme.
