Offers from Singapore Airlines

In an effort to maximise its services in Bangalore, Singapore Airlines has announced the commencement of daily flights from Bangalore to Singapore, an increase from the current six flights a week. The new service, which comes into effect from March 28, offers one flight departing everyday from Singapore for Bangalore at 8.15 p.m. local time and one from Bangalore for Singapore at 11.15 p.m.

For the occasion, the airline is offering its customers an "Amazing Treats" promotion to select destinations from Bangalore. This promotion entails discounts ranging from 23 to 41 percent on current economy fares to locations in Indonesia, Philippines, China, Australia and New Zealand, besides Singapore.

The bookings under the offer must be made before April 15 and are valid for outbound travel on or before May 31.

The airline has also begun a promotion featuring characters from the film "Charlotte's Web".

With this promotion, young travellers will be accompanied by the plush toy of Wilbur the pig from the film. Besides the toy, children will also be entertained with various activity packs which includes games such as Spot the difference, Tick Tack Toe, Connect the dots and a 3D farm. Charlotte and friends, and the activity kits are available on all flights to and from Singapore, with the exception of the Singapore-Kuala Lumpur service.

In addition, children can also catch the movie, "Charlotte's Web" on Singapore Airline's KrisWorld Inflight Entertainment System's dedicated Young Ones channel.
