Vodka golgappas!

Backlit walls, paintings, huge aroma candles and an aesthetically placed wall fountain at once make you love the ambience of Punjabi By Nature. This 140-cover restaurant has been recently inaugurated in the very corporate and bustling Infinity Towers in Gurgaon. Itcaters to young professionals and Gurgaon denizens willing to try out "new age Punjabi food".

Designed by Sonali and Manit Rastogi of Morphogenesis, the ambience too is minimalist keeping the "21st Century Punjabi sensibilities" in mind.

Even as the aroma candles entice your appetite, you can start withappetisers like dahi ke kabab, vegetarian kabab platter and murgh malai kabab. The main course has dishes like raan-e-Punjab, drunken tandoori prawns, meat Punjabi by Nature and the ubiquitous Amritsari fish tikka. For vegetarians, there are baby vegetables with fried okra, dal makhani and tandoori brocolli.

You can pair these dish with different wines like Hardys Stamp Series Cabarnet Merlot and Gineprone Chianti Docg. Also, one should try out the vodka golgappas here. For dessert, there is cognac flambyed gulab jamuns and the strawberry kulfi. The restaurant has separate sections for families and smokers. A meal for two costs around Rs.1250 (without drinks).
