Shopping A sale of Pakistani saris and suits is on in the city
Body N Soul, Coimbatore, is organising a sale of its latest collection. The sale offers Pakistani Salwar suits, saris, designer salwars in cottons, crepe, chiffon and so on.
“Pakistani collection is dominated with flowery motifs in crochet and sequence work in bright hues,” explains the organisers.
There are works like the tola, Benazir, sequence work Zardozi, silk and threads to name a few.
The sale also includes the original lawn suits from Lahore and Karachi. Besides these you can also pick up a Victor Brown designer wear for women. This caters to the western clothes and the range offers casual wear, formal and semi-formal wear. The Western section offers clothes designed by designed Parvez Bhura from Coimbatore. Here you can pick up a party wear or shirts, kurtis, trousers and skirts manufactured with specially woven fabrics like silk ,cotton etc. Another attraction at the sale is the nightwear in European styles for men, women and children, The sale is on between May 14 and 16 at Gallery 12A, Corner Gallery Safina Plaza.
