Rock with Aerosmith

The popular band’s debut show in India

On June 2, rock to the sound of Aerosmith at Palace Grounds, Bangalore. Brought to the city by Royal Challenge in partnership with DNA Networks, the “bad boys from Boston” will be in Bangalore as part of their “Greatest Hits 2007 Wo rld Tour”, their first ever concert in India.

During the two-hour long concert, the legendary Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer will perform some of the best compositions from the band’s 33-year history including “Looks like a lady”, “Livin’ on the edge”, “Walk this way”, “Sweet emotion”, “Falling in love”, “I don’t want to miss a thing”, “Crazy”, “Angel”, “Dream on” and “Janie’s got a gun”.

Founded in 1973, Aerosmith has been performing as the original line up for the past 34 years; the band has more than 25 billboard Top 40 to its credit. The band’s “I don’t want to miss a thing” from “Armageddon” staring Tyler’s daughter Liv, reached the No. 1 slot of Billboard Hot 100 and was nominated for an Academy award.

Aerosmith’s musical evolution over the years has made them major innovators in American hard rock, pop, glam, blues and rap. They have inspired rock legends such as Guns ‘n’ Roses, Bon Jovi, Nirvana and many more.
