The latest entertainment option these days is the shopping mall which has a lot to offer in terms of fun and entertainment. It is the ideal destination for a family outing offering something in terms of activity and eats for everyone.

Well, to start with, proper planning can make a holiday with family and friends truly enjoyable and refreshing. Check out which movies are running at the Box Office. This exercise will help you to decide on the movie you want to watch. And if there is a clash of film, each member of the family could choose to watch a different film as there are so many films shown at a time at the multiplex!

So, start your day by going for the morning show of the film of your choice. And then of course there are a wide and yummy assortment of snacks, cold drinks and popcorn that you can pamper yourself with as you watch the film.

After the film, you could congregate at a designated place (in case you have each decided to watch a different movie). If all agree that they are hungry, head to Café Coffee Day or Pizza Hut or any of the other eateries depending on what you wish to pamper your taste buds with.

You can savour the most delicious and lip-smacking samosas, pizzas, coffee, colas, lemonades, ice-creams – the possibilities as the poet said are endless. After your hunger is satiated, you could well burn some calories with some serious window shopping.

Gazing at the attractively decorated shop windows is great fun and you also do not have to pay a thing. If you are feeling lazy and want to relax a little bit, hop right back into one of the multiplexes for an afternoon matinee show of yet another film. So now it is evening and if you are feel lethargic or hungry, you could very well freshen up with a hot cappuccino or if it is too warm for that, you could go for some cold coffee or iced tea or maybe if you tread the natural path, you could go for fruit juices. And as go alongs you could be totally American and go for doughnuts and sandwiches or go desi and trip on corn chaat. Another alternative would be to dig into juicy spicy pizzas.

And if you have not had enough, you could do another round of window shopping or you could be the dude and turn your bowling arm at any of the bowling alleys. And then you could finally head home with your mind stuffed with all the many sights and sounds of an exciting day at the mall.
