Shopping in Singapore

There is a range of value- for-money buys as well as discounts and prizes on offer

If you’d like to pack in some hot shopping at Singapore this summer, the Summer Shopping Season is here for you. The Summer Shopping Season, which extends until July 22, is offering a range of value-for-money buys on the latest retail and luxur y brands, complemented with enriching experiences on the island’s reinvented attractions.

To enhance the shopping experience, the Singapore Tourism Board has introduced a Tourist Privilege Card (TPC) for all visitors, giving them access to exclusive shopping privileges, promotions, discounts and prizes upon presenting the TPC with their passport at participating retail outlets, select attractions, entertainment, nightlife, dining and wellness establishments. On offer is a wide range of merchandise such as fashion apparel, accessories, jewellery, watches, electronic goods, cosmetics, fragrances, toys and Singapore souvenirs. Moreover, from the end of this month through to July, a number of designer labels will also be conducting end of season sales with discounts of up to 50 per cent.

The STB has also partnered with ICICI Bank to offer a range of promotions including discounts of 15 per cent at participating restaurants, the Singapore River Cruise, Ducktours, DHL Balloon,and the 4D Magix Theatre. Moreover, those ICICI customers who spend a minimum of $1,000 SGD on any one ICICI credit card in Singapore till July 31 will receive a Creative Technology Zen Stone 1GB MP3 player free.
