Pedestrians at risk

Two-wheeler drivers are the most callous lot on the roads. They show no respect for pedestrians and overtake vehicles at free will without a thought for traffic rules. Mini buses too are major culprits. They stop just anywhere, in the middle of the road, causing great inconvenience to pedestrians and even putting them at risk.
