One way

Instead of blaming roads and their poor condition for accidents, every traffic-choked road should be converted into “One way.” Two-wheelers should be fined heavily for overtaking heavy vehicles from the wrong side. Pedestrians should stick to ‘zebra’ crossings. Verification of driving licence should be manadatory.
