Chitra Nandan is holding an exhibition of her sketches on July 14 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and July 15, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. at Basavanagudi. The sketches deal with the subject of nature and environment. Chitra is a self taught artist, hails from a family of painters.

Dockers San Francisco and The Bangalore School of Music present an of music that will feature the Bangalore School Of Music Chamber Orchestra. The concert begins at 6.45 p.m. on July 14. the venue is the new BSM East West Centre, C.B.I. Road, Next to St. Jude’s Church, R.T. Nagar. The concert will also mark the formal inauguration of this new facility, say the organisers.
This Chamber Orchestra trained by V. Narayanaswamy, will perform popular music and light classics such as Swan Lake, Invitation to the Dance Waltz, Hungarian Dances and Tangos to name a few.
There is no entrance fee to this concert and is open to all.
