Three designers showcase their creations at Evoluzione this week

Evoluzione at Khader Nawaz Khan Road, Nungambakkam, presents a preview of Anamika Khanna, Aparna Chandra and Suhani Pittie’s Summer/Fall, 2007 Collections this week as part of its Fashion Friday series.

Aparna Chandra is known for her classic yet trendy designs. She presents her ultra-feminine, glamorous Autumn/Winter 2006-07 Diffusion womenswear collection. Sharp cuts punctuate a fuller silhouette. Sleek dresses, A-line skirts, loose-fitting pants, draped tops and formal shirts priced between Rs. 1,000 and Rs 15,000 comprise the range.

Anamika Khanna’s collection is versatile, using muslin and chiffon with fluid silhouettes. Available in pastel colours and with prints of old floral blocks.

Jewellery artist Suhani Pittie’s collection, Waltz in the Moonbeam, smacks of style. Besides jewellery, Suhani extends her talent to designing business card cases, money clips and goggles.
