Shankardada is back

Chiranjeevi as the lovable Shankardada is back in “Shankardada Zindabad,” directed by Prabhudeva. A remake of “Lage Raho Munnabhai,” “Shankardada Zindabad” is the most anticipated Tollywood biggie of 2007. The film , produced by Gemini Film Circuits, opens with a record number of prints worldwide on Friday, including three screens in Chennai. Kashmira Kotak plays the vibrant Radio Jockey; Dilip Prabhavalkar dons the role of Mahatma Gandhi; and Srikanth plays the hero’s wacky friend. The highlight is a dance sequence canned on Chiranjeevi’s brother Pawan Kalyan who makes a cameo appearance. The music is by Devi Sri Prasad.
