Late night movies

The plethora of English movie channels and channels that telecast English films dubbed into regional languages has created a glut in the market. To combat the competition, Star Movies has revived screening late-night films (11 p.m.). Some of the movi es to be shown this month are Jodie Foster’s “The Flightplan”, Steven Spielberg’s “War of the Worlds”, John Travolta’s “Broken Arrow”, “Jurassic Park III” and “The Mummy Returns”. Matt Damon blurs the line between fantasy and reality in “The Brothers Grimm”. The gripping thriller “Red Eye” and the Halle Berry-starrer “Gothika” will also be telecast.
