Try avocado milkshake



It’s different Avacados are used in desserts and milkshakes

Avocado is a dense, evergreen tree, which probably originated in southern Mexico. High in monosaturates, the oil content of avocados is second only to olives among fruits, sometimes greater.

Medicinal benefits

The fruit skin is antibiotic and a remedy for dysentery. The leaves are chewed as a remedy for pyorrhoea. Leaf poultices are applied on wounds. Heated leaves are applied on the forehead to relieve neuralgia. The leaf juice has antibiotic activity.

They are rich in B vitamins, as well as vitamin E and vitamin K.

Avocados are considered sweet fruits, and so are used in milkshakes, ice cream and other desserts.

Avocado Milkshake

Ingredients

Avocado: 1

Whole milk: one-third quart

Sugar: 3 tbsp

Vanilla ice cream: 2 scoops

Method: Blend all the ingredients and serve with crushed ice, garnished with avocado slices.
