New series

A thriller These children take on the challenge to unravel mysteries

Pogo a children’s entertainment channel is launching a fun-filled, adventure packed new series – “Cambala Investigation Agency”. This series is about the lives of five teenagers — Ishaan, Rohit, Suchita, Farhan and Nikki who investigate and solve mysteries in their neighbourhood and beyond.

These children live in a fictitious town called Cambala, and take it upon themselves to unravel mysteries, crack secret codes and bust kidnappings and robberies.

The team uses smart thinking, quick action and cool gizmos to unravel the most complicated mysteries. Together, they are called the Cambala Investigation Agency.

Each child has his own special talent. Ishaan is the gadget guru of the group and uses logic to solve the cases.

Sixteen-year-old Sucheta is the research and analyst of the group. Next in line is the MOD (Master Of Disguise) – Rohit, also a 16-year-old. Seventeen year old Farhan is the most resourceful of the lot being the silent type, and a true book-worm.

The youngest of the bunch, at 12, Nikki, the baby of the “Cambala Investigation Agency”, and Ishaan’s sister.

A karate learner and Bruce Lee fan, she inadvertently manages to get the rest of the gang out of trouble, and has very childlike insights and intuition which often help to crack a case when the rest of the members get stuck.

The show, produced by Contiloe Films, will be aired on Pogo, starting October 29, Monday to Wednesday at 7 p.m.
