Book Release
The release of the book ‘Augustine Joseph Bhagavathar: Sangeeta Natakathile Athulya Prathiba,’ written by Qutbuddin, will be held under the aegis of Centre For Heritage Environment And Development, at the EMS Memorial Town Hall, Kochi, on
October 27 at 4 p.m.
Augustine Joseph was a fine actor and singer who made invaluable contributions to the field of theatre and music. This book is a tribute to this eminent artiste and also about the rich musical heritage of West Kochi. Prof. M. K. Sanu has written the foreword for the book.
M. A. Baby, Minister for Education and Culture, will hand over the first copy of the book to Pappukutty Bhagavathar.
Augsutine Joseph’s son, Dr. K. J. Jesudas, Justice Narayana Kurup and other eminent personalities are expected to participate.
