Channel V brings forth the voices of ‘young India’ and History Channel attempts to unravel the mysteries surrounding the Roman empire

Premiering across TV screens on November 1 at 7.30 p.m., [v] My India Report follows six avid young reporters truly representing rising India. These youngsters interacted with real people in the quest to understand India better, across eight key cities.

From environment, marriage, love, politics, government to god, religion, careers and more, the team explored every aspect to understand the dreams, ambitions, expectations and hope of the young nation.

The opening episode of [v] My India Report introduces its six young travellers and gives you a sneak preview of what is to come in the following weeks.

Watch and get to know Team MIR (My India Report) comprising Ruhi, Ami, Pallavi, Kartik, Azhar and Prashant, as they gear up for an adventure of a lifetime. Join them as they embark on this eight-city journey from Ahmedabad and dispel certain myths while reinforcing some preconceived notions about young India.

Hear their voices as the team raises questions on sexuality, religion, government, politics in their quest to unravel the truth about the youth. The show promises to be packed with excitement and energy peppered with a generous dose of opinions.

The Roman Empire

Unravel the many secrets and mysteries surrounding one of the most powerful empires in the world.

The History Channel will reveal the historic events that led to the rise and fall of the mighty Roman Empire from November 5 at 9 p.m. in the series titled Rome: The First Empire. Factually accurate and based on extensive historical research, this captivating series portrays Roman life as it really was: gritty, sordid yet magnificent.

This eight-part series showcases some of the most powerful Roman rulers including Nero, Julius Caesar, Constantine amongst others; in short, it is a fascinating narrative of greed, lust, decadence and bloody ambition!
