Tenacious

Viswanathan Anand makes every Indian proud. Chess is a dignified, sober sport full of intricate patterns and testing decisions. One wrong move results in losing the game. One is amazed at his tenacity to spend 9 hours daily on the chessboard. One is reminded of Martin Luther King’s words "If you rest, you rust." He is always alert, assesses opponents’ strength and weaknesses and never hesitates to change theories. All chess lovers wish him to bring more laurels in the coming tournaments in Holland and Spain next year.
