Already Kollywood bosses are worried about special Diwali programmes on Tamil channels on November 8. Six new Tamil films are due for release on that day, and their opening will depend on what filmbased programmes are shown on television. All the Tamil channels have kept their Diwali programmes a top secret. However it is rumoured that on Diwali day the market leader Sun TV is showing back to back Simbu's big hit "Manmadhan" in the afternoon slot and in the evening the 2006 blockbuster Kamal Hassan's musical thriller "Vettayadu Vilayadu"! Kalaingar TV is at the same time showing the recent Tamilnadu Film Awards function in which Rajnikanth and Kamal Hassan took part, followed by Jeeva's film "E". And Jaya TV is showing Vijay's super hit "Madurai" in the afternoon and in the evening Vijay is slated to dance in "Diwali Galatta" followed by Jeeva's biggest hit "Dishum" in the night. On Diwali eve Vijay TV is showing Hrithik Roshan's "Krrish" dubbed in Tamil.
