VOICE YOUR VIEWS - FESTIVAL OFFERS: REAL OR GIMMICK?

Cheated

I purchased a product from a shop offering 15 per cent discount as festival offer. On enquiry with another shop, the price of the particular product was the same without the discount. In many places, prices of the products are increased correspondingly to cope with the percentage of discount fixed as festival offer. Apart from adulteration, festival offer is yet another area where the consumers are cheated.
