Sea food fest

Mainland China is recreating China’s maritime culture in its Seafood Festival. Master Chefs from China prepare seafood delicacies, which are sure to appeal to your palate. Fresh catch of lobster, squid, king crab and fish tossed in fresh spices will take you on a gastronomic trip.

There are starters such as steamed lobster, mushroom dumpling and steamed prawn. Try the crabmeat cake with crabmeat sauce, a dumpling made of cabbage and crabmeat filling, flavoured with curry powder and oyster sauce. The spicy lemongrass flavoured lobster broth and the hot and sour crabmeat and tofu soup will set the mood for the main course. Choose from sautéed lobster with Szechwan pepper chilli sauce, vodka braised prawns with chilli ginger sauce, stir fried squid flowers with peppers, crispy soft shell crab with garlic flakes and Sichuan chilli, steamed whole fish with lemon grass and red onion.
