Hariharan’s concert event
Master of fusion Hariharan
Ghazal maestro and popular playback singer Hariharan will present a concert at Nishagandhi open-air auditorium on December 1. ‘Hariharan Live’ is being organised by Rosebowl in association with Kerala State AIDS Control Society.
World AIDS Day
The concert is held to observe World AIDS Day. World AIDS Day is about increasing awareness, fighting prejudice and improving education. The concept of a World AIDS Day originated at the 1988 World Summit of Ministers of Health on Programmes for AIDS Prevention. Since then, it has been taken up by governments, international organisations and charities around the world.
Hariharan will lead the World AIDS Day concert. Singers such as Sunitha Sarathy and Nishand will accompany him.
Live telecast will be available exclusively on Rosebowl. Telecast starts at 6 p.m.
