Fast ‘n’ furious

Ten teams, together with host Allan Wu, assembled by the Singapore River and began an adventure of a lifetime in The Amazing Race Asia 2.

The first task sent the teams scrambling for taxis. And, whoever said it was difficult to get a taxi in Singapore should speak to two of the teams.

Next, the teams were thrown a curveball and those afraid of heights had a choice between climbing up and down 45 flights of stairs and cross over from one tall building to another, dangling 181 metres above the ground.

The next task for the teams was to leave Singapore and travel across the seas and over 2,000 km to the next city.

One team was so determined to be the first that one of the members even got out to push their vehicle over a steep slope.

Others simply abandoned their ride and went by foot. Does it take lightning speed, great strength or simply good looks (with a little brain power) to finish first?

To find out, catch the action on The Amazing Race Asia 2 on AXN on Saturdays at 10 p.m.
