The good and the bad

Everyone feels the stress related to work, family, decisions, future and more. Stress can be caused by illness, death in the family, change in responsibilities or expectations at work, etc. Smaller, daily events also cause stress. Stress leads to physical, emotional, and behavioural problems which can affect our health (heart disease, backache, headache, high blood pressure…), well-being, mental alertness, and personal and professional relationships. The key to stress management is to determine the right amount of stress that will give us energy, ambition, and enthusiasm. Excess of it can harm our health and peace.
