“Spring Tango” at The Music Academy on December 8
|
The Vasantha Memorial Trust, which has been working for the cause of cancer since 1993, presents a programme “Spring Tango” by John Britto’s Dance Company on December 8, 6 p.m. at The Music Academy, to mark its 14th anniversary.
The fund-raiser will feature students from the company who will showcase different dance styles. They will also perform to some of the latest Tamil and Hindi film songs. Glittering and spirited performances by the group will provide a visual treat. Besides, playback singer Maya, will sing popular numbers, the MIB boys – Jayachandram, George and Kurinji – will keep the audience entertained with their mimicry and the Naughty Thieves will perform POGO channel-like comedy acts. Ajal Gujal Arun of Radio One will anchor the show which will also have a glam factor provided by cine stars.
