Harmful

Cellphones are the cigarettes of this decade. Their use is spiralling out of control. There is no etiquette followed and annoying ringtones are deliberately used to attract attention and shock people. They make a nuisance of themselves in hospitals, places of worship, etc. The government should do something about banning loud ringtones where others can be disturbed.
