Memorial meetings
The Purogamana Kala Sahitya Sanghom will organise commemorative meetings in honour of Kalamandalam Sankaran Embranthiri and A. S. N. Nambisan at Tripuntihura. The first one in honour of Sankaran Embrathiri, organised under the aegis of the Tripunithu
ra West Unit, will be held at the Layam Gorund on December 6 at 5 p.m. FACT Padmanabhan will deliver the commemorative lecture. Kalamandalam Kesavan and Ranjini Suresh will speak on the occasion.
Former secretary of Kalamandalam N. Radhakrishnan Nair will deliver the A.S.N. Nambisan commemorative lecture at the Kalikota Palace on December 10 at 5 p.m. Kalamandalam Kesava Poduval, S. Ramesan and Ramesan Thampuran will speak. Noted percussion exponent Peruvanam Kuttan Marar will be felicitated on the occasion. This function is being organised by the Tripunithura zonal committee of the Sanghom.
