The search for super models is an ongoing phenomenon. The Event Factory, an event management and entertainment company recently organised The Indian Super Model Contest at The City Club, Gurgaon.

The participants had been short-listed through auditions conducted in different cities in North India.

After a night of glamour and a stiff competition, Siddharth Gupta of Jammu and Kashmir and Priyanka Sharma from Delhi, won the crowns of Indian Super Model 2007. Swedha, from Gurgaon, and Piyush of Nainital, were selected as the first runner ups.

The jury members included Abhimanyu Ray, Barkha Kaul, Himani Thapa, Vikram Bhatia and Charles Carneiro.

Prateek Wadhwa, CEO of The Event Factory, said, “The prime aim is to provide an exclusive platform for aspiring youngsters of North India.”
