Daily dose of fitness


Here’s something for fitness buffs. NDTV Good Times shows you three different ways to get fit.

The exercises featured are intense but fun. Samara takes you through a yoga session, followed by Ayesha who will keep you updated on fitness trends from around the globe and Shaira who will give you basic dance dos and don’ts.

This is specially for those who love fitness and at the same time want an enjoyable routine.

Titled Rbk Life, the show will be telecast Monday to Friday at 7:30 a.m. and will be repeated at 10.30 a.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Watch the repeat telecasts on Saturdays and Sundays at 7:30 a.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Kick start your day with fitness.
