Don't mess with stress: Voice your views

Stress awareness is vital

A complex union of body, mind and spirit that we are, it is irrefutable that our thoughts and lifestyle can influence the stress and bring in harmony. Grooming children with all the essential ingredients and developing them into mature and holistic personalities helps them to combat stress.

Thoughtful exercises are designed to keep the mind calm and stress free as in yoga. Conscious and controlled breathing exercises in the morning with focused concentration between the eyebrows with eyes closed, makes the mind calm at subconscious level. Each individual is unique and thus the stress threshold differs too! Hence it is essential to have “stress awareness”, to help a situation.
