Gifts and wish lists are integral part of Christmas. So here is mine: reasonable real estate rates, a high-technology mobile phone and easy availability of academic courses one wishes for. The city should be developed into a cosmopolis with good roads and infrastructure, best connectivity by road and air, decent eateries and fun hangouts. Country should become a developed and self-contained one, offering the best education in the world.
