|
ANJOLIE ELA MENON: The honour I got from the French Government (Officier de l’ordre des Arts and Lettres (Knight of Order of Arts and Letters), And the Khushi charity auction in which my painting fetched Rs.1.20 crore.
AMRITA RAO: Nothing could have been better for me than seeing my film (Vivah) make a Silver Jubilee plus in 2007.
TUSSHAR KAPOOR: The award for Golmaal. And I signed various good films with big banners.
A. R RAHMAN: By the Grace of Allah, many good things happened to me in 2007. Those I can quickly recall are the Taj Anthem, the release of ‘Pray For My Brother’ video CD, the release of Sivaji, the CNN-IBN award for Best Music for Guru which is to be conferred soon!
KUNAL KOHLI: The best thing was I could bring to floor a film produced and directed by me. It has been my dream for years to make a film. I haven’t given it a title yet.
But it stars Saif Ali Khan, Rishi Kapoor and Amisha Patel.
SOHA ALI KHAN: Of course, my first author-backed role in Khoya Khoya Chand. It has given me new confidence.
Celebspeak (clockwise from top left) Anjolie Ela Menon, Soha Ali Khan, Amrita Rao and A. R. Rahman
MADHUR BHANDARKAR: My daughter Riddhi turned one. I celebrated her birthday with close friends and family.
That was the best thing to have happened to me.
DEV ANAND: You know I am not the man of the moment but a man of life.
I cherish each day as if it were the best.
I plan, I create and keep thinking. So for me the entire year was so important that I can’t single out a single best thing…
