Set achievable goals

On the personal front, the onus will be to remain pleasant always, select goals that are achievable and then work with a smile, try avoid being rigid and getting overwhelmed and finally to lead from the front. It is expected that all intellectuals re group themselves with like-minded people and stop corrupt and inefficient political class and bureaucrats from plundering and looting the precious and scarce natural resources.
