New expectations

It’s time to bid farewell to the passing year and welcome the New Year. Many of us have New Year resolutions and a few of us make them true. My resolution is to learn something new this year.

Setting a goal is good. But our expectations shouldn’t be so high that it becomes hard for us to meet them. Hoping for a change without necessary preparation is another failure. By setting appropriate expectations, focusing on the work we do, we can reach our goals.
