Evaluation

We must evaluate our achievements and failures of last year. Based on our experience, we must chalk out a plan for the new year, fixing short and long time goals to be achieved, both in personal and professional life. Time bound plan involving all members of the family and fixing responsibilities will go a long way in achieving our goals.
