Quash anger

Every one makes New Year resolutions but forgets them as the year rolls on. This is natural and only a very few follow their promises successfully. All of us should try to give up our vices, not find fault with others or shift the blame on others. Self-introspection is the best way to change and improve our lives for the better. No one is cent per cent perfect. Each of us has both good and bad habits. We should aim at destroying anger, the root of all evils.
